EXHIBITS ACCEPTED:

Thursday, August 16 -7:00 - 9:00 pm
Friday, August 17 -1:00 - 4:30 pm

  • NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED
  • No Professionals Permitted to compete
  • No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed on Fairgrounds
  • No Sleeping On The Premises
  • No Cars On The Fairgrounds
  • No Pets Allowed Except Service Dogs
  • Exhibits Must Remain Until Sunday, August 19 at 5:00 pm
  • Pick Up Exhibits Sunday, August 19 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXHIBITS NOT PICKED UP BY 6:00 pm

Chairman will make the final decision should there be a judging conflict in the rules of any contest
